{"id":38,"date":"2017-03-17T11:50:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-17T16:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chrystalsander.com\/blog\/?p=38"},"modified":"2023-07-26T12:55:38","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T17:55:38","slug":"raspberry-pi-quick-setup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chrystalsander.com\/blog\/?p=38","title":{"rendered":"Raspberry Pi:  Quick Setup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Raspberry Pi 3 Setup<br \/>\n(Targeted for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcmelectronics.com\/product\/83-16565RK?green=3B1BB00D-A4B5-5085-ADCF-9D04A9C4E3A9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MCM Starter Kit<\/a>)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>There is a setup card in the box. &nbsp;On one side, setup instructions are fairly clear. &nbsp;On the other side, there is a link to download PDF instruction manual. &nbsp;It might be a good idea to download the PDF on your regular PC so that you can refer to it during setup. &nbsp;Mainly, <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/mcmelectronics\/downloads\/Raspberry+Pi\/Raspberry_Pi_Basic_User_Guide_rev20160324.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chapters 1-5<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The SD card that comes with the MCM kit is pre-formatted with the operating system (OS).
